JOB TITLE: 2nd SHIFT WAREHOUSE ATTENDANT
Non-Exempt Position
REPORTS TO: 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Warehouse
BASIC FUNCTION:
Provide production materials required to maintain daily productivity.
GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull production units/parts as required for WO.
- Make required inventory transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory within the warehouse.
- Exhibit interpersonal skills sufficient to perform as an active team member.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic communication and computer skills.
- Previous experience with reach trucks and fork lift operations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct all interactions with customers, vendors, field sales representatives, co-workers, and supervisors in a focused, positive, courteous and respectful manner.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Regular attendance is an essential element of the job. Unplanned absences have the potential to impair the operation of the department and diminish effectiveness of the company.
