As a Retail Store Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring Pepsi beverage products are fully stocked, properly displayed, and represented at the highest standards within grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. This position offers a consistent route, daily customer interaction, and the opportunity to contribute directly to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will travel an assigned route and ensure products are displayed and maintained according to company standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, coolers, racks, and displays; organizing and maintaining back stock areas; rotating products to ensure freshness; building attractive product displays; placing shelf and promotional signage; and supporting customer requests as needed.

You will develop positive relationships with store personnel, communicate merchandising opportunities to the sales team, and help maximize product visibility and sales performance. Success in this position comes from strong attention to detail, reliability, organization, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Previous experience in retail merchandising, beverage merchandising, product stocking, grocery merchandising, route merchandising, or customer service is preferred but not required. We are willing to train enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Strong communication skills, professionalism, dependability, and the ability to work independently are important for success in this position.

Physical Requirements

This active position requires regular lifting, carrying, pulling, and moving beverage products using hand trucks, carts, and pallets throughout the workday. Team members frequently bend, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and work in smaller storage areas while stocking shelves and building displays. The role may also involve climbing stairs and navigating various retail store environments.
