The line is where it all comes together. As a Grill Cook at Harriet’s Hamburgers, you’re cooking with the best ingredients for guests who can taste the difference. If you take pride in your craft and want to work alongside people who care as much as you do, this is your kitchen.

What You’ll Do

•Prepare and cook menu items to our highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen

•Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately

•Support your kitchen teammates and make sure every guest leaves happy

What We’re Looking For

•A genuine passion for food and the craft behind it

•1–2 years of professional kitchen experience (culinary degree or comparable experience welcome)

•Confident knife skills and comfort working a busy line

•Working knowledge of Department of Health food safety standards

•Strong organization and a process-oriented mindset

•A hands-on, team-first attitude — you jump in before anyone has to ask

•Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow — kindness is on the menu here, too

Pay

Hourly wage average hourly tip earnings — yes, BOH gets full tips!

REQUIREMENTS

• • Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus – we’ll teach you the rest!
• • Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
• • Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
• • Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift
