What You'll Do
As a Tire & Lube Technician, you'll be a vital part of the team, handling essential maintenance and setting the foundation for deeper diagnostic and repair work as you level up your skills.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventive services
- Rotate, inspect, and maintain tires, including pressure checks and basic repairs
- Assist with vehicle alignments and learn proper adjustment techniques
- Contribute to basic diagnostic work and support senior techs
- Use hand and power tools with confidence and care
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Deliver friendly, respectful customer service every time
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with oil changes, tire services, and basic maintenance
- Familiarity with vehicle alignments and entry-level diagnostics
- Willingness to learn, improve, and grow into a flat-rate tech role
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Experience in a dealership or repair shop is a bonus, but not required
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Must be able to lift heavy items as needed
