What You'll Do
- Lead by example as the go-to technician in a high-volume shop
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Handle everything from brakes and alignments to advanced diagnostics
- Mentor and support fellow technicians as the shop grows
- Partner with service advisors to communicate findings and repair options
- Keep skills current with ongoing paid training and evolving technology
What You Bring
- 5 years of automotive repair experience; ASE certifications a plus
- Strong diagnostics, problem-solving, and quality workmanship
- A leader's mindset — reliable, professional, and team-first
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
