  • Create and deliver training and development programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress, effectiveness and impact of training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership throughout the property to support exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enhance and maintain standardized training programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

· Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of training and development initiatives; recommend improvements as needed.

· Design and produce engaging training aids such as case studies, simulations, games, and exercises, along with supporting materials.

· Collaborate with department management to develop technical job skills and customer service training programs.

· Support the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and integration.

· Partner with departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials.

· Advise and assist in designing instructional systems that meet departmental needs.

· Serve as an internal consultant to help management analyze organizational issues and implement development strategies.

· Manage tracking and communication of property training requirements and reporting needs.

· Oversee project management activities, ensuring timelines are met with attention to detail and follow-through.

· Provide input and assist in preparing the annual training budget
