Qualifications
- Six months of prior wardrobe experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and inventory control skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Computer literacy required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Fit employees for uniforms and process uniform orders.
- Receive, issue, and maintain uniforms and wardrobe items.
- Perform minor repairs and alterations as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory using the Uniform Manager system; generate reports and monitor par levels.
- Keep work areas and storage organized and clean.
- Greet employees and provide appropriate uniforms in a professional manner.
- Operate badging machine for name tags; process new hires and terminations.
- Maintain accurate production counts and log sheets.
- All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy. It is the expectation that every team member, front or back of house, should proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up, look around (“head on a swivel”); look for opportunities to greet guests and others; please remember that when you are on the floor, you are “on stage”.
- Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and move heavy racks of uniforms.
- Frequent bending, climbing, and maneuvering in small spaces.
- Work in varying conditions (hot, cold, humid) and areas with dust, smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
