This role plays a crucial part in daily game operations by performing quality assurance on game launches, monitoring system logs for game health across multiple jurisdictions, and working with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and performance standards. In addition to manual quality assurance testing, this role will collaborate with analytics, content specialists, and external suppliers to enhance monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution processes.

Essential Role Requirements
- Perform daily quality assurance of existing game inventory and game launches to ensure seamless deployment across multiple jurisdictions and storefronts.
- Monitor system health tools and other system logs to proactively assess game performance, stability, and health across different platforms.
- Oversee the process and liaise with tech organization for the testing of supplier integrations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. If needed, support tech organization quality assurance efforts when necessary.
- Develop and refine processes for testing all games across all storefronts daily to maintain quality assurance.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to develop system health monitoring tools.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to triage, diagnose, and treat issues related to game performance and operations.
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing on lower environments, as well as smoke testing on production environments.
- Conduct weekly and monthly game health checks in the production environment.
- Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with internal and external teams.
- 3 years of experience as a quality assurance specialist, preferably in the Online Casino industry.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience of API/RESTful service testing, including risk-based approaches and coverage planning.
- Exposure to monitoring/debugging tools like Kafka, Splunk, New Relic, or Terraform
- Familiarity with supplier integrations and regulatory compliance testing.
- Ability to analyse system logs and data to assess the health of online casino games across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external game suppliers.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking tools like Jira, test case management tools such as Zephyr, and testing environments like BrowserStack.
- Thorough analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
