Responsibilities
- Process bank payoffs for vehicles traded in and purchases.
- Prepare documents for wholesale transactions.
- Process dealer to dealer trades.
- Prepare bank deposits and scanning.
- Maintain accurate records of all title transactions and communications.
- Verify vehicle information and ownership details for compliance.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to vehicle paperwork as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external agencies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Previous experience in automotive industry preferred.
- Knowledge of state vehicle title laws and regulations a plus.
