Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires with engaging employee orientation programs.
- Oversee employee evaluation procedures and performance management to support continuous development and recognition initiatives.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution efforts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy.
- Support payroll processing using systems such as Workday or ADP while analyzing HR data through Excel data analysis tools for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or an HR department role with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management practices including workforce management, HR sourcing, training & development, and organization design.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll processing via Paychex or Paylocity platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex HR data for strategic insights using Excel or similar tools; experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.

Pay: $60,241.89 - $65,000.00 per year
