Harpoon Harry's Crab House is located in the heart of Downtown Tampa. We serve fresh seafood, sushi and steaks open for both lunch and dinner. Seeking experienced servers that can offer friendly, fast service while maintaining a level of professionalism offering a memorable dining experience for guests.
Experience is required. Ideal candidates will have worked high-volume events. This is a tipped position where candidates keep their tips each shift, after tipping out support staff. Location is in Downtown Tampa, near the Tampa Convention Center.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, maintaining a well-organized bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Handle cash register operations and perform basic math for accurate billing.
