Responsiblities
- Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, styling, and specialty techniques
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend personalized solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Build and retain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Stay current on trends, techniques, and continuing education
- Contribute to a positive, team‑focused culture
- Represent Harpeth Hair Co. with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License (required)
- 3–5 years of professional salon experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical skill and versatility
- Excellent communication and client‑care skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Passion for delivering an elevated, hospitality‑driven client experience
