What You'll Do
Build Unscalable Tech. Add Outsized Value. Make Things That People Want.
- Identify gaps and rapidly prototype and build in hours and day not weeks.
- Work “Embedded” in a business vertical and own the capability development.
- Build “AI-native” applications that shift away from traditional Web 2.0 logic and leverage LLMs to deliver insights from unstructured data.
- Build real-time distributed systems using Temporal.io and n8n.
- Work with the AI Engineers to port prototypes to scalable unified applications to our centralized platform.
- Prototype and build fully autonomous AI Agents that action.
- Build custom automations using Playwright, Stagehand, Zapier, n8n, and more.
- Work with AI Researchers to model and use “Context” - Information packets required by agents and workflows as input.
- Make sure no data is lost.
- Understand the business and advocate for changes to the actual business process if that improves the data and performance for the AI Agents.
- Identify gaps in processes, systems, and data and inform where processes need to be changed to improve system performance and data (and therefore operations).

- 1 years shipping fast in startup environments (0→1 experience)
- Proficiency in building LLM powered applications and understand paradigms for search (RAG), generation (suggestion / auto-fill), context curation (memory) etc.
- Experience prototyping in n8n
- Experience building API / function services in Python
- Experience building frontend applications using React.js
- Founder mindset: previous founder, founding team member, or deep startup exposure
- Experience fine-tuning prompts and architecting context
- Experience building distributed systems
- Experience working on ML models / Data Science
- Experience working on DevOps pipelines for build and deployment
