What You’ll Do?
Provide On-Site & Remote Support .
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient IT support and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose & Troubleshoot.
- Quickly and accurately diagnose technical problems, finding solutions that minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Maintain & Install Equipment.
- Set up, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) and software for users, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Network & System Management.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the clients network infrastructure, ensuring system security, reliability, and performance.
Documentation & Reporting.
- * Keep accurate records of issues, solutions, and maintenance tasks to build a knowledge base for the team and improve processes over time.
Collaborate & Learn.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure IT needs are met, and participate in ongoing learning to stay ahead of industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Experence
- Recent experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network support. (Will be verified during the interview)
IT Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- A Certification, Network Certification, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
-Hands-On Knowledge.
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments, as well as common IT tools like remote desktop software, antivirus solutions, and backup systems.
-Customer-Oriented
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and provide clear guidance to users.
- Team Player
- You enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Must Be able to lift 50 Pound
- Some Networking equipment may need to be lifted into place or built and transported to site.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Valid Driver’s License w/ Clean Driving Record
