Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a content calendar that keeps a fair, intentional split between car-focused content and people-focused content.
- Create original content — shoot and edit photo and video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook - adapting each piece to fit platform specific best practices
- Stay on top of social trends — audio, formats, challenges, memes, and adapt them quickly and authentically to fit the dealership and its luxury brand lines
- Manage day-to-day posting community engagement, comments, and DMs across all platforms
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to capture real moments: delivery days, customer reactions, staff milestones, and events
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on approved brand assets, co-marketing content, and promotional campaigns.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversion from social leads) and adjust strategy based on what's working
- Support dealership events (test drive days, launches, community sponsorships) with live coverage and recap content
- Maintain brand consistency across tone, visuals, and messaging while keeping content feeling current and fun
Qualifications

Experience creating social media campaigns and content
- Automotive knowledge a plus
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
