Qualifications:
- Licensed physical therapist assistant
- Ability to build rapport with patients

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, including implementing treatment plans and assisting with therapeutic exercises.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assess patient needs and progress.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment goals and progress.
