What You’ll Do
Clinical Support:
- Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for daily procedures.
- Assist Nurse Practitioner and other technicians during treatments.
- Perform standardized before-and-after photography.
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards.
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and comfort.
- Efficiently turn over treatment rooms between patients.
Patient Experience:
- Escort patients to treatment rooms.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits.
- Reinforce post-treatment instructions from providers.
- Help maintain a luxury, professional clinical environment.
Clinic Operations:
- Stock and organize treatment rooms.
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs.
- Clean and maintain devices,equipment and patient rooms.
- Support smooth clinic flow to keep providers on schedule.
- Schedule patients.
- Take payments and assist with patient financing.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not necessary (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- 1 years of medical experience preferred (not necessary).
- Experience in aesthetics, medspa settings is a plus.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
