Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Foreman located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Mechanical Foreman will oversee and coordinate mechanical construction activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and adheres to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, guiding and supervising team members, monitoring progress, and addressing on-site challenges. The Mechanical Foreman will also enforce compliance with safety regulations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and assist in maintaining tools, equipment, and materials necessary for job completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical construction, system installations, and the operation of mechanical equipment
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including supervising teams and delegating tasks
- Knowledge of safety protocols, inspection procedures, and compliance regulations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to address on-site challenges and manage project schedules
- Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Physical ability to perform on-site tasks in a construction environment
- Preferred qualifications include OSHA certifications and familiarity with advanced mechanical technologies
