Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Engagement
- Inspires creative thinking and heightens employee engagement.
- Champions event planning using a collaborative environment for company meetings, picnics, celebrations, holidays, etc.
- Ownership of the bi-monthly company newsletter.
- Serves as the point of contact and coordinator for all internal and external community events.
- Collaborate with HR on implementation and execution of all employee recognition programs.
- Drives regular and seasonal activities to engage our workforce.
- Warmly greet, welcome, and assist all factory visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls and emails.
- Regularly maintain office and cleaning supplies inventory, managing all ordering.
- Management of employee amenities (supplies and contracts).
- Schedule and facilitate quarterly All Employee Meetings.
- Compile and circulate weekly office schedules.
- Oversee all mail and postage responsibilities, including the daily distribution of mail daily, execution of departmental packaging support, and the preparation of daily deposits.
- Assist various departments with clerical and admin support (mailing, binding, disbursement, events, seasonal projects, and holiday support, etc.).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in office administration or coordination.
- Friendly, professional demeanor, and pleasant customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough use of Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic graphic design interest.
- Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Embodies organizational core values (authentic, driven, humble, trustworthy)
- Occasional lifting of supplies or set-up (up to 25 lbs.).
- Works in a computer-based environment requiring extended periods of sitting and consistent hand/finger dexterity for typing and data entry.
- Primarily in-office role with standard business hours.
- May require evening or weekend work depending on employee events.
- Required PPE includes company-provided safety glasses and employee-provided steel-toed footwear; additional PPE as needed.
