We are supporting a leading developer and operator of hyperscale data centers with finding an accomplished VP of Development to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale data center projects from site selection through commissioning. This senior leadership role oversees land acquisition, due diligence, design, construction, procurement, and commissioning to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in real estate development, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management skills.
