Superintendent – Multifamily
Orange County, CA – On-Site Position
$150,000-200,000 base salary benefits
We are partnered with a leading Multifamily Developer in Los Angeles that has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the region. With an active pipeline of large-scale developments, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a Multifamily background to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction professional to play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-value Multifamily projects while working with a company known for its forward-thinking approach & long-term stability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations on large Multifamily construction projects, ensuring safety, quality & efficiency
- Lead coordination of subcontractors with a focus on drywall & interior finishes
- Ensure all work is executed according to plans, specifications, schedules & budget requirements
- Collaborate with project management, design teams & ownership to achieve on-time project delivery
- Maintain strong site documentation & reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry
- Strong drywall & interior finishes background within Multifamily or large residential projects
- Proven track record of managing subcontractors, schedules & budgets on projects $20m
- Excellent leadership & communication skills with a solutions-driven approach
- OSHA certification preferred
