Project Manager – Site Civl
Location: Orlando, Florida
I’m partnering with a long-established, award-winning civil engineering consultancy that has built an excellent reputation across the Southeast. The firm delivers multidisciplinary services across civil, environmental, water / wastewater and infrastructure. and has consistently been recognized as one of the best places to work in Georgia and South Carolina.
They are seeking a Project Manager – Civil Site to join their growing Orlando team. This position is ideal for a licensed PE who brings strong civil site design experience and enjoys working closely with clients, managing diverse projects, and leading technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple civil site development projects for public and private sector clients.
- Prepare proposals and develop project fees.
- Lead scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project performance.
- Attend client meetings, job sites, and partner consultant offices as needed.
- Oversee engineering design efforts and coordinate across in-house disciplines.
- Produce or review design packages for water, sewer, storm drainage, and residential site development projects.
- Supervise and mentor project engineers and technicians.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering plus active P.E. license.
- At least 5 years of civil site design experience: water, sewer, stormwater, and infrastructure.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; frequent client interaction expected.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D.
