What you’ll be doing:
- Leading engineering strategy across repair process development and production support
- Driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost across MRO operations
- Overseeing complex engineering projects from concept through to implementation
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance with the highest aerospace standards
- Developing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering team
- Championing innovation, new technologies, and best-in-class engineering practices
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership experience within engineering, manufacturing, or MRO environments
- Deep understanding of gas turbine engines and aerospace processes
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
- Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale engineering programmes
- Ideally a background in aerospace or highly regulated industries
