Chief of Staff to the CEO

Harper Fox Partners are excited to be supporting a partner in appointing a newly created Chief of Staff to the CEO, based out of New York City, NY.

The business has gone through an exceptional period of growth on a global scale, with projects spanning the Americas, Asia and Europe. Following their continued success and positive restructuring, this position has been identified as a key pillar of support to the executive leadership team in managing critical projects, with focus on energy infrastructure development.

The role:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on energy infrastructure projects, driving alignment and execution of key initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating seamless communication between departments.

You will operate as a connector and advisor, supporting meetings, preparing executive materials, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Ideal experience:

We're looking to bring in someone with a strong project management background in complex, asset-heavy sectors such as energy, infrastructure, industrials or financial services, M&A and integration experience would also be valued.

This individual will have the ability to lead and influence without direct authority, ensuring organizational priorities are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires maintaining a strict level of confidentiality regarding all legal, contractual, and project-related information.
