POSITION SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that daily operations at Harper Ellis Hair Co. run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. This position is responsible for fulfilling all outgoing shipments with speed and precision, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and restocking essential supplies from shipping materials to janitorial items that keep our spaces functioning.
This role is key to customer satisfaction and retention, as order accuracy and timeliness directly impact client trust and company revenue. The Fulfillment Coordinator also supports company events by preparing supplies, maintaining cleanliness throughout, and ensuring the environment stays organized and presentable. Additional responsibilities include running errands, placing and picking up orders for the office, and keeping our warehouse and storage areas clean, well-stocked, and orderly.

OBJECTIVES
- Print, sort, and efficiently pack all orders to meet shipping deadlines and ensure all packages are labeled accurately and ready for dispatch.
- Assist in preparing materials and products for Harper Ellis events.
- Ensure all event-related items are organized and ready for transport for outside events when necessary.
- Orders various products when levels are low in compliance with Harper Ellis budget initiatives
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new inventory shipments.
- Assemble and ship marketing and PR packages when requested, working closely with the marketing team and other departments outside of regular order fulfillment.
- Perform daily janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Ensure all workspaces are tidy and free of hazards.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets to track inventory, orders, and supplies to manage supply levels and reorder items as needed.
- Perform daily restocks of shipping supplies and materials to keep fulfillment running smoothly, especially during busy shipping days.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data for efficient warehouse operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and printing orders.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets for inventory and order management.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management software (ex: Basecamp) for collaboration and productivity.
- Availability and willingness to work outside of normal company business hours as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Occasional travel could be required 1-2x per year.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation to be able to complete pick-ups and trips to and from Harper Ellis storage units.
