Provides support that encompasses various tasks to enable the department to meet its goals and objectives, including providing technical and administrative support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining necessary resources, support for dual credit operations, with a focus on student registration, records management, compliance reporting, and instructor credential data entry. Coordinates directly with college departments and school districts to verify student eligibility, manage registration data, maintain accurate enrollment and grading records, process forms and fee waivers, and prepare materials for students and instructors. The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of critical back-end processes that support the success and integrity of the dual credit program.
