Overview
The head coach will be responsible for directing all aspects of the Women’s soccer program including eligibility and compliance adherence, strategic in-district and regional recruiting, academic success, player development, budget management, logistics of travel, and preparation for practices and games. The head coach should promote a holistic approach toward creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging for all student athletes.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a women’s college or girls’ high school head coach. Mid-Suburban League (MSL) experience preferred. NJCAA and NCAA coaching experience preferred. The candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a budget, the capacity to plan and execute fundraising strategies, the propensity to run skill camps and clinics, and can demonstrate a commitment to and experience working with diverse populations. The successful candidate should have experience planning and implementing preseason, postseason, and offseason programs to ensure the skill development of the student athletes.
