3-5 years of high school head coaching experience. Mid-Suburban League (MSL) experience preferred. NJCAA and NCAA coaching experience preferred. Coaching licenses preferred. The candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a budget, the capacity to plan and execute fundraising strategies, the propensity to run skills camps, and can demonstrate a commitment to or experience working with diverse populations.
Valid Driver's License required. Candidates with resume and cover letter will receive first consideration.

Harper College is seeking a Head Men's Soccer Coach (NJCAA DII Athletics) to oversee day to day team operations with the ultimate goal of advancing successful student athletes.
Schedule information: August through November, Afternoons and Weekends
Hours per week: 25 hours
The head coach will be responsible for directing all aspects of the men's soccer program including scheduling, recruiting, coaching games and practices, logistics of travel, compliance adherence, academic performance and developing the entire student athlete.
Salary : $7,000 - $8,500
