Director of Catering - Private Club Detroit SuburbsIf you are an accomplished Catering and Event Manager or Director looking to join a prominent member-owned club, this may be a great match for you. Will be booking events and club functions directly with club members. Annual Catering Sales volume $2M . Year round position with summers being busy, lighter schedule in winter.We are searching for a Catering Director with experience in a full-service, luxury hotel, private country club, or event venue. Must be highly skilled in planning and executing upscale events including weddings, showers, member parties and other social and business events. Will also coordinate activities of outside vendors.
