Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution, a two (2) year degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or related fields is preferred
Prior experience of 2-5 years in a heavy industrial environment maintenance supervisory role
Heavy emphasis on your ability and actual experience performing these skills sets along with your leadership and supervisory experience over teams.

- Proficient with reading blueprints and schematics
- Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to identify problems that arise and implement corrective measures
- Optimize Maintenance Costs – Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Enhance Equipment Reliability – Develop and oversee a predictive maintenance program to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Lead Corrective Maintenance Projects – Plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned projects to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Manage Shutdown Repairs – Strategically plan and execute critical repairs during scheduled shutdowns.
- Oversee Capital Projects – Ensure the successful completion of capital improvement initiatives, from planning to execution.
