Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team in Decatur and Fort Worth/ Alliance locations for a 1099 position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and be skilled in various therapeutic techniques. This role involves providing psychological assessments, therapy, and support to individuals , focusing on improving mental health and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Cognitive Screening and other evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Experience
- A Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution is required. .
- Familiarity with individual counseling techniques.
- Knowledge of cognitive screening and other psychological assessment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
