Are you a Quality Leader with deep experience in casting and brazing processes, looking to take full ownership of plant-level quality?
We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead QMS, drive defect reduction, and act as the senior quality voice on site. You’ll own customer quality, supplier performance, and internal standards — with full visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Drive reduction in internal and external defects across casting and brazing operations Lead and enforce the Quality Management System (ISO9001 / IATF16949) Own customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (8D) Act as site lead for customer and third-party audits Manage PPAP, APQP, PFMEA and First Article processes Oversee gauge calibration, inspection systems, and measurement standards Lead supplier quality, audits, and corrective action prioritisation Report plant quality metrics (PPM, COPQ, OTD) to senior leadership Control non-conforming material and MRB processes Support new product introduction and process validation activities
Qualifications & Skills
Strong background in metal fabrication processes (essential) 8–10 years in manufacturing quality, with leadership responsibility Deep knowledge of QMS, ISO9001, and ideally IATF16949 Experience with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA Confident with GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection methods Strong problem-solving capability (8D, root cause, data-led decisions) Experience managing audits, suppliers, and customer quality issues Comfortable working with ERP systems (IFS or similar) and Minitab
