Auto Dealership Office Assistant
$15 - $18 Per Hour!
Accounting & Auto Office Experience Preferred

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Office Assistant:
Performs accounting duties to support the operation of daily business- Assists with preparing monthly reconciliation for all accounts
- Compiles, reviews, and submits sales commissions to managers for approval
- Completes ACH Daily Transactions
- Records and codes incoming checks
- Reviews schedules and makes necessary journal entries
- Prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports for Controller and General Managers
- Prepares financial statements
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Auto Dealership Office Assistant:
Accounting and/or automotive office experience is preferred- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good math and organizational skills
- Pays strong attention to details
- Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Salary : $15 - $18
