What You'll Do
- Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-up.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently.
- Meet daily goals for appointments and customer satisfaction.
