The Role – Sourcing Consultant (180 Recruitment)
As a Sourcing Consultant, you’ll focus on the candidate side of recruitment, building relationships, finding top talent, and learning the core skills that will set you up for a successful career in recruitment. You’ll:
- Source top candidates for roles in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and AI.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting tools to identify and engage talent.
- Build relationships with candidates, understanding their goals and motivations.
- Support them through the recruitment process from first call to placement.
- Work closely with business development consultants to align on live roles and market insights.
