What You’ll Own

• Define and drive the strategy for all collections and recovery initiatives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to prevent delinquency and improve recoveries.
• Partner with teams across analytics, operations, and finance to turn strategy into measurable impact.
• Experiment, test, and iterate on segmentation, treatments, and contact strategies to maximize results.
• Lead the evolution of governance and performance measurement for collections programs.

Who You Are

• A seasoned collections or credit risk professional (5 years) who thrives at the intersection of data and strategy.
• Experienced in SQL, Python, or R, with a track record of turning analytics into business outcomes.
• Skilled in understanding portfolio behavior and predicting trends before they become issues.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to influence and inspire senior leadership.
