As a key member of the social leadership team, you will oversee paid social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts while helping shape the agency's evolving social capabilities.
THE ROLE
As Supervisor, Paid Social, you will be responsible for developing and leading sophisticated paid social strategies across a portfolio of clients. You will oversee campaign planning, activation, optimization, reporting, and measurement while serving as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on platform expertise, client management, and team mentorship. You will collaborate closely with media planning, analytics, creative, and ad operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead paid social strategy development across multiple client accounts and verticals.
- Oversee campaign activation, QA, optimization, pacing, and performance management across major social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and emerging channels.
- Develop audience strategies through consumer research, social listening, competitive analysis, and platform insights.
- Build testing roadmaps and measurement frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a senior client-facing lead, presenting performance reviews, media recommendations, and strategic plans.
- Mentor and support junior team members while helping elevate best practices across the broader social team.
- Partner with media planning, analytics, creative, and ad operations teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
- Advise creative partners on platform-specific content requirements and social-first creative strategies.
- Evaluate emerging social platforms, vendor partnerships, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Support agency growth initiatives through thought leadership, process improvement, and participation in new business opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 7 years of experience developing, activating, optimizing, and measuring paid social media campaigns.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Deep expertise across major social advertising platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X.
- Strong understanding of audience development, attribution, measurement, and testing methodologies.
- Experience integrating paid social programs with influencer marketing, social listening, organic social, and broader digital media initiatives.
- Proven success presenting recommendations and campaign performance to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business-focused recommendations.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing leadership to junior team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
