As we continue expanding across the U.S., we're looking for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to help grow our West Coast client portfolio.

💼 What You'll Do
✅ Develop new business opportunities across the West Coast
✅ Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and executive stakeholders
✅ Expand existing client partnerships and identify new growth opportunities
✅ Lead consultative sales conversations to understand hiring needs and business objectives
✅ Partner closely with our recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions
✅ Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through signed partnership
✅ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ 3 years of Business Development, Account Management, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B Sales experience
✔️ Experience selling professional services, staffing solutions, recruitment services, SaaS, or technology solutions
✔️ A proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships
✔️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔️ Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
✔️ Experience within Data & Analytics, AI, Technology, or Professional Services is a strong plus—but not required
