Position Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting U.S Sales Leadership. You’ll also support the leadership team as needed. You'll assume a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, all of which will require independent coordination, prioritization and administrative support. Using your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities, you'll effectively help manage their time and help make the team as efficient as possible. This role reports to the SVP, Global Sales.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable at the center of the day-to-day activities of a high-velocity global Sales team, anticipating the needs of the leadership team, with a strong bias for action to identify and resolve any potential administrative or operational issues before they arise.
About the Role
- Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Ensure the Leaders are briefed and prepared for key meetings and planned activities
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Prepare expense reports in a timely fashion
- Actively attend and participate in both virtual and in-person meetings when appropriate, with follow up on action items
- Help organize and execute internal team events
- Support in monitoring and posting on social media
- Coordinate with CRO EA to collaborate on key initiatives including QBR’s, SKO/CKO, key marketing events, etc
- Perform other admin-related tasks and projects as assigned
About You
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant or support function with similar responsibilities and transferable skills
- Preferred location is Dallas, TX
- Ability to come into office when Execs are present and/or events occurring
- Proficiency with Google apps, Microsoft Suite, Slack, Zoom, Navan, etc
- Experience working at a start-up or rapidly-growing company
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and with a can-do attitude
- Able to manage variety of different working styles across the organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion in your everyday work
- Agile and flexible in response to changing priorities and needs with the ability to pivot quickly
Work Location
This role can be Remote, but with a strong preference to be based in the Dallas, TX area

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $124,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
