Overview
Primary Care NP, Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings. 6-10 patients per day, managing complex chronic conditions.

Qualifications
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
