We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Massage Therapist to join our team. This individual will play an important role in helping clients relax, recover, and achieve their wellness goals while contributing to the exceptional client experience that defines our practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massage services based on each client's needs and goals
- Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Collaborate with providers and team members to support holistic client care
- Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each visit
- Uphold all state licensing requirements, professional standards, and sanitation protocols
- Participate in team meetings, promotions, and wellness events as needed
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Experience in a spa, medspa, wellness clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
