Primary Functions as a Entry Level Associate
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the field
- Assist with client enrollment, onboarding, and follow-up support
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on service options and product offerings
- Facilitate sales presentations and answer client inquiries
- Travel throughout the greater Austin area to support new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and alongside other Entry Level Associates to ensure a seamless client experience
