Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Plex Specialist to join our innovative technology team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Plex ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, system engineers, and solution architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
• Manage system configuration, customization, and integration efforts utilizing tools such as ETL processes, APIs, and middleware to connect diverse enterprise systems.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ERP applications to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and workflows; oversee version control and change management procedures.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and security hardening initiatives to uphold system integrity.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex issues involving database systems (SQL, NoSQL), network configurations (VPN, firewalls), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and application environments.

Skills

• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and solution architecture design.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Plex along with extensive experience in software development and implementation.
• Expertise in database management including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases; familiarity with ETL tools for data integration.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and system administration.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, Shell Scripting; familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services like SOAP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools; version control systems like Git.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis, business process modeling, system design, and enterprise solutions implementation.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business units.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices including vulnerability management, threat intelligence, load balancing, system hardening, and information security protocols.
