Description:
We are seeking an HVAC-R and General Maintenance Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in climate control, refrigeration systems, and general facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, troubleshooting, and repair skills for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-R systems, along with preventive and corrective maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform maintenance of HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Inspect and ensure proper equipment functionality.

Respond to emergency maintenance calls.

Maintain records of daily activities.

Comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

EPA 608 Universal Certification.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
