Position OverviewWe are hiring Licensed Social Workers (LMSW or LCSW) to provide telehealth, in-person, and optional community-based support depending on interest.
This role is ideal for social workers who want flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to focus on client care while still being part of a supportive, growing practice.
Compensation- LMSW: $45/hour
- LCSW: $65/hour

What You’ll Do- Provide individual and family therapy (primarily telehealth)
- Conduct assessments and support treatment planning
- Provide trauma-informed care and crisis support when needed
- Support clients in navigating real-life barriers (family dynamics, stressors, access to care)
- Collaborate with other providers when appropriate
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- Active Texas license (LMSW or LCSW)
- Strong interest in trauma-informed and real-world clinical work
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms
