Role Description
The Front Desk Receptionist will handle receptionist duties, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, selling skincare services and products and greeting clients upon arrival. Daily tasks will also involve clerical work such as maintaining records, data entry, lead followups and managing correspondence. Providing exceptional customer service and communication is essential in this role. Amount of hours may vary weekly based on business needs, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
