RHA-Licensed Executive Director

Harmony Senior Services, a certified Great Place To Work and one the country’s fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking a sales-minded Executive Director with lease up experience to join the leadership team at its new Harmony at River Bend community. This community will feature Independent Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care resident settings and is located in an area known for its rich history and culture. As the Executive Director, you will be the CEO responsible for leading your community’s daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to continue the tradition of being the premier senior living community in the area, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams. Creates an inclusive community culture that prioritizes high quality resident experiences and care.

Requirements:

• Current state RH Administrator licensure
• Three (3) years of senior living Executive Director experience
