As the Assistant Healthcare Director (AHCD), you will be responsible for assisting the community’s Healthcare Director in leading the health and wellness activities for the community’s resident population and assuring that the resident care department operates efficiently and effectively. The AHCD will assist in leading the team of medication technicians and nursing assistants in the provision of quality care and services while maintaining compliance with all applicable local, State, and Federal Regulations and Harmony Senior Services policies and standards
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- Two (2) years of senior living clinical leadership experience
