Responsibilities

• Manage classroom environments effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques to foster a safe and inclusive space.
• Work closely with children to support their individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
• Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about student development, milestones, and classroom activities.
• Incorporate child welfare principles into daily routines, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes overall well-being and safety.
• Utilize classroom experience to adapt teaching strategies for toddlers care, preschool experience, and private school settings.

Experience

• Prior classroom management experience in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and childcare.
• Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in preschool education.
• Proven ability to plan lessons effectively while integrating Montessori or other child-centered educational approaches.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
