Work Schedule: Flexible hours are available! Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using Harmony Restaurants' core values.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest who visits our café.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service.
• Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations.
• Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly.
• Adhere to all brand safety and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Regular bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds).

Then in 1997, we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Guests now had a place to sit and relax while we made their favorite smoothies. Two years later, we added a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. We started as a destination for flavor, and it’s a proud heritage that we continue today.
